We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Learning & Development (L&D) professional to join Wright Solutions' team as a Strategic Learning Partnerships Development Manager. This key role will play a critical part in delivering business-critical projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Buil[d] strong relationships with operational stakeholders to understand individual, team, and corporate learning needs.
- Develop and deliver innovative management & leadership development solutions to improve management capabilities.
- Support the people strategy by coaching and developing operational managers.
- Collaborate with the L&D Manager to modernize the L&D strategy, process, and materials.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an L&D Business Partner with a track record of success.
- Understanding of the Apprenticeship Levy.
- Good L&D qualifications and a commitment to Continuous Professional Development.
- Regional experience and exposure to a fast-paced commercial environment.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, self-motivated, and have excellent communication skills. Initially, this is a 12-month fixed-term contract, but we are recruiting for the long term. The role requires travel across the country, but there will be opportunities for hybrid working.
