Wright Solutions is seeking a talented Learning & Development (L&D) expert to join their team as an Innovative Talent Solutions Business Partner. As a key member of the HR and L&D Functions, you will play a critical role in driving business success.
About the Role
- You will build and maintain strong relationships with operational stakeholders to understand their learning needs.
- You will develop and deliver innovative management & leadership development solutions to improve management capabilities.
- You will support the people strategy by coaching and developing operational managers.
- You will collaborate with the L&D Manager to modernize the L&D strategy, process, and materials.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience as an L&D Business Partner with a track record of success.
- Understanding of the Apprenticeship Levy.
- Good L&D qualifications and a commitment to Continuous Professional Development.
- Regional experience and exposure to a fast-paced commercial environment.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, self-motivated, and have excellent communication skills. Initially, this is a 12-month fixed-term contract, but we are recruiting for the long term. The role requires travel across the country, but there will be opportunities for hybrid working.
Estimated salary: £42,500 per annum + car allowance and benefits.
