About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lecturer to join our Inclusive Learning team at Milton Keynes College Group.
As a Course Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the curriculum design and implementation of our Entry level Vocational pathway programmes.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of vocational pathways and subject areas, including retail, catering, animal care, art, digital technologies, and helping services.
Key responsibilities include:
- Teaching on our Entry level Vocational pathway programmes
- Working alongside specialist teachers to deliver high-quality learning experiences
- Oversight of curriculum design and implementation
Requirements
- Experience in teaching and curriculum design
- Strong understanding of vocational pathways and subject areas
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
