We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our Student Development and Support Team as a Part Time Learning Coach. As an Autism Support Specialist, you will provide proactive, person-centred support for Autistic students across all college provisions.
Key Responsibilities
- To work as part of the wider Student Development and Support Team to provide support for Autistic students
- To develop and maintain effective relationships with students, staff and other stakeholders
- To contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to student support
Requirements
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting young people with Autism. You will need to have experience of working with individuals with special educational needs, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is up to £14,532 per annum pro rata (£27,000 FTE), making it an attractive offer for those seeking flexible or part-time hours.
