About the Role:
FIND | Creating Futures are delighted to be working in partnership with a world-class training and apprenticeships provider to recruit a professional, knowledgeable and driven IQA.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our client's team, based in Warrington. As an office-based role, you will spend 3 days per week in the office and 2 days per week working from home, quality assuring Sales and Management Apprenticeships up to Level 5.
Our client has 25 years of experience in providing commercial training and Sales and Management focused Apprenticeships to well-known B2B organisations in the UK.
Key Objectives:
- To ensure the quality of our apprenticeship provision meets the highest standards, delivering an exceptional learner and employer experience.
- To maintain a culture of continuous improvement, suggesting and supporting quality improvement measures across all areas of the organisation.
- To develop and design IQA systems and processes that drive successful outcomes for all parties.
- To raise standards in the sales profession and possess a high level of expertise in business-to-business sales.
Personal Specification:
- Ambassadors of our client's values: Be Amazing, Be Fearless, Be Fair, Be an Expert & Be a Team player.
- A1 & V1 or equivalent qualifications.
- CTLLS /Cert Ed/PGCE or equivalent, or willingness to pursue further education.
- Vocational competence in sales.
- Experience in internal verification of Apprenticeship Standards.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
What We Offer:
A competitive salary range of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
