FIND is excited to partner with a leading training and apprenticeships provider in search of a knowledgeable and driven Internal Quality Assurer (IQA).
This role will be based in our Warrington office for three days per week, with opportunities to work from home on Mondays and Fridays. You will be responsible for quality assurance on Sales and Management Apprenticeships up to Level 5.
With over 25 years of exceptional experience, our client has supported numerous well-known B2B organizations across the UK in enhancing their continuous professional development through commercial training and Sales and Management-focused Apprenticeships.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the apprenticeship provision meets the highest standards for learners and employers.
- Exceed further education quality standards set by Ofsted, The ESFA, awarding organizations, and relevant professional bodies.
- Promote a culture of quality improvement and support quality improvement measures throughout the organization.
- Design and develop effective IQA systems and processes that lead to successful outcomes for all parties involved.
- Show enthusiasm for raising standards in the sales profession, possessing high-level expertise in business-to-business sales, and familiarity with the knowledge, skills, and behaviors (KSBs) of the Level 4 Sales Executive apprenticeship standard.
Candidate Requirements

- A1 & V1 or equivalent certifications are essential.
- CTLLS / Cert Ed / PGCE or equivalent is desirable or a willingness to work towards it.
- Proven vocational competence in sales.
- Experience with internal verification of Apprenticeship Standards.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
