About the Opportunity
We are seeking an exceptional Senior Lecturer to join our team at Elizabeth School of London as a Lecturer/Senior Lecturer in Statistics. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the development and delivery of academic programs in statistics.
The successful candidate will possess a doctoral qualification in a relevant subject area, with a focus on statistical disciplines, and have a proven track record of teaching at Higher Education level in the UK, with a minimum of 4 years' experience. They will also be proficient in utilising Blackboard/VLEs, MS Teams, and Zoom.
In this role, you will assume additional responsibilities and play a crucial role in enhancing the academic and professional environment. You will provide leadership in the curriculum area, guiding and mentoring colleagues to ensure the highest standards in teaching and learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take a lead role in the development, management, and review of academic programs within the curriculum area.
- Collaborate with the Head of Academics or the Dean in leading initiatives for curriculum development and improvement.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement strategies.
Salary: £30,000 - £60,000/year (Based on experience and qualifications)
