About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Service Skills Coach to join our team at the John Lewis Partnership. The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer service, with experience in training and coaching.
The role involves designing and delivering training programs that improve sales and customer service skills, with a focus on creating a positive and engaging learning experience for participants.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver training sessions that equip colleagues with the skills and knowledge needed to improve sales and customer service.
- Work closely with other departments to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted training initiatives.
- Provide regular feedback sessions with colleagues to assess their progress and provide constructive feedback for development.
Estimated Salary: around £35,000 per annum, based on the location and the level of experience required for the role.
