Your primary responsibility will be to manage client caseloads and develop individualised employment plans. You will deliver the IPS model, providing person-centred guidance and building positive relationships with local employers.
In collaboration with the Secondary Mental Health Care team, you will work towards fostering a holistic approach to recovery through employment. This may involve:
- Developing and implementing employment plans tailored to clients' needs and preferences
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with local employers to secure job opportunities for clients
- Fostering a supportive environment that promotes clients' engagement and motivation in the employment process
