The role of Technical Skills Educator - Electrical Industry requires an individual with strong industry experience and knowledge of electrical apprenticeships. The successful candidate will oversee the progress of apprentices, offering guidance and support to ensure they achieve a successful end-point assessment. This will involve facilitating the development of apprentices in the field of electrical apprenticeship, enhancing their skills and knowledge to excel in their chosen profession.

- developing and implementing effective training programmes;
- maintaining accurate records of apprentice progress;
- collaborating with employers to ensure seamless delivery of the programme;
- contributing to the overall development of the college's electrical apprenticeship provision.
