About the Position
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting students with their daily needs and goals
- Developing effective strategies for support with teachers
- Safeguarding the health, safety, and welfare of children
In addition to your day-to-day responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to participate in off-the-job training, which includes coursework, training, and shadowing. This will enable you to develop your skills and knowledge and progress in your career.
Upon successful completion of your apprenticeship, you will be awarded a Level 3 Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship. This qualification will provide you with a solid foundation for further career progression and open up new opportunities in the education sector.
