We are seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Teaching Assistant Apprentice. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supporting students, while also developing your skills and knowledge in a supportive environment.
About the Apprenticeship
The apprenticeship is a blended model of learning, which includes on-the-job training, coursework, and shadowing. Upon successful completion, you will be awarded the Level 3 Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship and can progress to higher-level qualifications.
You will work closely with teachers to support students in various subjects, develop effective practice, and promote the health, safety, and welfare of children. You will also have the opportunity to develop strategies for support and contribute to the school's community.
