We are looking for an exceptional Lecturer in Computing and IT to join our team. As a Higher Education Computing Specialist, you will be responsible for the progression and academic achievement of our students up to level 7 (postgraduate). You will plan, prepare, and teach modules both online and in the classroom using innovative delivery methods and cutting-edge curriculum.
The successful candidate must have suitable and relative experience in teaching general programming (e.g., Python) with at least one speciality such as Cloud Computing, Web Development, Mobile Development, HCI/UX, Networking, IoT, Cyber Security, Data Science, Big Data, DBMS, Relational Programming, Artificial Intelligence, Knowledge Engineering, Deep Learning, or Information Systems.
A Master's degree or higher in Computer Science/IT or related subject areas is required, along with a teaching qualification and HEA membership which would be advantageous.
The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on location (London, Birmingham, or Manchester).
