Euro-Asian Parts was launched in 2011 and is dedicated to helping accident repair centres and the independent motor trade to deliver outstanding service to their customers. Based in Chesterfield they supply genuine car parts for 27 different car brands.
Euro Asian Parts will offer progression and further development within the business wherever possible.
Responsibilities will include:
- Providing office support including customer and employee support
- Assisting director with management of the business
- Keeping well-organised files and records of business activity
- Researching company data and archived reports
- Keeping computer databases up to date
- Interacting with clients either on the phone or in person
- Answering phones and connecting calls to the proper department
- Dealing with import and export broker
- Following up on business communications, billing, and ordering
- Communicating with materials suppliers and vendors
- Invoicing and processing purchase orders
- Using spreadsheets to track expenses and company spending
- Collecting and inputting company data
- Learning about the company's mission and available products/services
- Emailing sales invoices
- Preparing documents by printing, copying, and binding
- Collecting and sorting post
- Scheduling appointments and events
- Ordering office stationery and other supplies
- Preparing meeting rooms by setting up chairs and getting refreshments
- Participating in office meetings and taking meeting minutes
- Being ready for any other administrative tasks that are required
- Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship
- Support with English and maths if required
- Work-based learning
- End-Point Assessment
Monday - Friday. Between either 8:00am-4:30pm or 8:30am-5:00pm.
