Operations and Resourcing Specialist Location- Home based
What you’ll be doing? Your primary focus is to support with the recruitment and daily operations of Freelance trainers used within the business.
Key Responsibilities - Support the Freelance & Engagement manager with the completion of the recruitment process from pre-screen to onboarding and vetting, and ensuring all information is recorded accurately
- Deliver excellent levels of customer service which results in positive feedback from both internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with creating/writing job adverts and post on relevant/available media channels to increase/drive candidate attraction
- Assist with data analysis and reporting in areas such as freelance quality & evaluations and freelance spend using PowerBI and internal reporting systems
- Support with completing trainer observations to maintain quality levels within freelance deliveries and provide support for improvements
- Create and issue key communications to the Freelance trainer community
Your Experience/Skills/Knowledge- Previous experience in working on reports, analysing data using word, excel is a must
- Ideally has experience within a recruitment role, dealing with internal or external stakeholders by email, telephone and face to face
- Communication and building relationships with a variety of stakeholders of all levels both internal and external
