At Crosby Management Training, we’re looking for a Lead Trainer: Education and Training to join our growing team. Our department delivers apprenticeships and qualifications across the education sector, specialising in teacher training, mentor training, assessor training, and teaching assistant programmes. We believe in active, engaging, and learner-cantered experiences that put participants at the heart of their development. What You’ll Do
This is a varied and rewarding role where you’ll shape the learner journey from start to finish. You’ll be responsible for:
- Engaging and inspiring learners, apprentices, and employers to achieve success and exceed expectations.
- Designing and delivering creative and interactive training sessions (whether face-to-face, live online, or pre-recorded), tailored to meet employer needs and apprenticeship standards.
- Coaching and assessing learners toward successful completion of qualifications, providing meaningful, timely feedback and support.
- Tracking learner progress and maintaining accurate documentation to ensure timely and cost-effective outcomes in accordance with ESFA guidelines and regulatory practices.
- Staying on top of emerging trends, tools, and research to continuously improve the quality of training delivery.
What We’re Looking For
You’re a natural educator, someone who loves helping others grow and thrive. To excel in this role, you’ll need:
- A solid background in education and training (experience in delivering teacher training, assessor training, or similar is a plus).
- A knack for creating engaging and interactive learning experiences – whether in person or online.
- The ability to build strong relationships with learners and employers, motivating them to succeed.
- An enthusiasm for embracing technology and leveraging tools like AI to enhance learning.
- A commitment to staying current with best practices and research in education and training.
