Role Description
This role for a Freelance Trainer at Fostering UK. The Freelance Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions, both online and face to face around the UK .
Qualifications
- Experience in conducting training sessions and developing training materials
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and training techniques
- Ability to assess trainee performance and provide constructive feedback
- Organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in relevant training tools and technologies
- Previous experience in the social care or fostering sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
Rates of pay between £350-£550 per days training.
