Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as an Talent Development Coordinator. This is a full time 3 month fixed term contract position located in our Liverpool Street office. You'll enjoy a standard workweek of 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday, from 9.00am to 5.30pm. The role would require to be in the office 3 days a week with the option to work from home 2 days a week.The salary is £30,000 - £35,000 annually pro rata.
Let's talk about the role. It involves:
- Supporting early careers initiatives including apprenticeships and graduate programmes
- Manage the internal L&D mailbox and respond to day-to-day queries
- Coordination of some training events such as venue booking, lunch, travel and accommodation as required
- Managing training records through Kallidus LMS
- Maintain a comprehensive training calendar.
