Systems Trainer
Location: Ealing - Hybrid working with training session at our Ealing, Staines and Oxford offices
Salary: £45,859- 50,000 dependent on experience
Contract: 12-month secondment, Full time, 35 hours per week

Role Overview
We are looking for a Systems Trainer to join our fantastic Project Services division. The Systems Trainer’s role is to deliver organisation-wide IT training projects, supporting the implementation of new technologies and ways of working.
This role ensures that employees are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to use the new technologies effectively, enhancing productivity, efficiency and overall performance.
Key responsibilities:
- Design, develop and deliver end user (colleagues) training within the assigned project/programme following the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation (ADDIE) model as well as following the wider project frameworks
- Support the implementation of new IT solutions and ways of working, through training covering systems, processes, people and behaviours, soft skill education and knowledge transfer
- Deliver engaging and effective training to various groups of learners using a variety of learning tools and delivery methods including traditional, blended and scenario based. (e.g. 1-2-1, classroom, trainer-led online training, e-Learning)
- Create and keep up to date a range of training collateral such as training/user guides, how to’s, checklists, practice scenarios etc. to support the training delivery and ongoing support of knowledge adoption
- Undertake all work in line with agreed standardised approach to training and project management, including but not limited to utilising agreed templates/forms, updating records on training systems and related databases/LMS
- Maintain an accurate audit trail of all training events and activities, including documentation, coordination, attendance, emerging issues, agreed points of handover, and appropriate measures for evaluation (user adoption/satisfaction and impact)
- Responsible for the use of training resources, including room bookings, facilities and materials, as well as learners’ coordination.
More about you
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent in Maths and English (Grades A*- C)
- Learning & Development / Training qualifications (e.g. CIPD, TAP or equivalent)
- Experience of project systems implementation, e.g. rollout of new or upgraded software solutions
- Experienced in learning and development, through all stages of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation (ADDIE)
- Experience in delivering training to different audiences, using different learning methods and techniques, with the ability to understand emerging and bespoke solutions
- Effective communicator, including delivering impactful and engaging presentations, face to face training and presence in meetings
