RNID is expanding our freelance team and we’re looking for passionate Freelance Workplace Assessors and Trainers who specialise in supporting people who are deaf, have hearing loss, or tinnitus. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to an impactful cause while working flexibly and remotely.
What we're looking for:
- Workplace Assessors - a strong understanding of the barriers faced by people who are deaf, have hearing loss or tinnitus in the workplace.
- Key skills; researching, empathy, report writing and technically minded.
- Trainers - people who have lived experience who are confident in delivering client focused training.
- Key skills; warm, fun, adaptable, deaf aware trainers and BSL teachers.
