Job Introduction
We are currently seeking an experienced Apprenticeship Assessor (Leadership & Coaching) to join our team at HCRG Care Group. As part of The Learning Enterprise, a government-approved apprenticeship training provider, you will be responsible for delivering work-based training and apprenticeships in the Healthcare sector.
You will work closely with employers, line managers, and workplace facilitators to create innovative and dynamic apprenticeship learning experiences for all learners. This is a part-time, permanent opportunity that offers a perfect work-life balance, with the option to predominantly work from home.
Main Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
Assessing and supporting learners working towards full Apprenticeship standards for Team Leader, Operational Manager Level 5, and coaching.Maintaining and delivering high standards of learning and assessment through continuous personal and professional development.Engaging and motivating learners/managers/workplace facilitators in building robust individual learning plans that meet learner and service needs.
The Ideal Candidate
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A minimum of 3 years' experience delivering apprenticeship standards across the Healthcare sector up to and including Level 5.A recognised assessor qualification, such as CAVA or TAQA equivalent.Substantive experience working in a healthcare setting.Qualified to Level 5 or equivalent.
