VQ Solutions Ltd, based in Harrogate, has been delivering high-quality apprenticeships since 2008 and currently works with over 100 employers across the UK. We seek a passionate and experienced individual to join our team as a CIPD Level 5 Tutor / Mentor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mark CIPD Level 5 assignments and provide constructive feedback.
- Deliver engaging HR lessons online and in workshops, supporting apprentices through their learning journey.
- Mentor apprentices and help them navigate the apprenticeship process, ensuring their success.
- Maintain regular communication with learners and clients, offering guidance and support throughout the apprenticeship.
- Ensure safeguarding, health & safety, and equality & diversity standards are always upheld.
Essential Criteria:
- Level 5 CIPD qualification (essential).
- Assessor Award (CAVA, TAQA Level 3, A1, D32/33 or equivalent) desirable.
- Teaching Qualification (PTLLS or equivalent) is desirable.
- Significant sector experience in HR or a related field.
- Ability to teach and assess apprentices remotely.
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload of learners.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships.
Desirable Criteria:
- Experience delivering HR apprenticeships and marking CIPD assignments.
- Experience teaching HR lessons in a workshop or online setting.
