Quality Assurance Manager – Apprenticeships
Salary: £45,000 + £5,000 car allowance
Location: Hybrid – work from home with visits to the Head Office (East Midlands) 1-2 days per week

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and lead quality improvement strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Manage and support a remote Quality Assurance team to drive outstanding performance.
- Oversee assessment policies, internal quality assurance (IQA), and regulatory compliance.
- Analyse data, report on KPIs, and use insights to fuel continuous improvement.
- Act as a central point of contact for awarding organisations.
- Provide training, coaching, and support to improve quality standards.

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience managing a team of IQA’s
- Leadership experience in managing remote teams.
- Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Relevant qualifications such as A1/V1 Awards, teaching qualification, or equivalent.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel required.
