Job Title: Catering & Hospitality Lecturer
Location: East of England, Cambridgeshire-based College
Hourly Rate: £23.04 per hour (inclusive of Holiday Pay)
Contract Type: Variable Hours (8 hours per week)
Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Culinary Arts Lecturer to join a dynamic team at a Cambridgeshire-based College. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning across a range of culinary programs, contributing to course design, and supporting the overall development of the department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality teaching and learning
- Provide and maintain teaching materials and assessments.
- Track and review student progress, providing feedback.
- Participate in team communication and curriculum development.
- Maintain professional development and industry links.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Relevant degree or equivalent professional qualifications.
- Assessor award or willingness to work towards Assessor/IQA award.
- Teaching qualification (preferable)
- Relevant experience in teaching across a range of levels within the Culinary Arts Industry.
- Minimum Level 3 Professional Chefs Qualification.
- Extensive industry experience within the Hospitality and Culinary Arts Industry.
