Talent & Development Manager
Location: West London (3 days ) 1-2 days Agile working with occasional travel Guilford & Worthing

Key Responsibilities:
Support the delivery of functional people plans and the organisation's long-term strategic framework.
Re-engineering career visibility for everyone across the organisation.
Ability toLead (and/or support) on key talent initiatives (employer branding, DEI, training)
Build sustainable resource plans to support business growth, succession, and retention.
Work collaboratively with leaders, embedding a positive learning culture across all parts of the business
Conduct regular training needs analysis and target resources accordingly
Maintain accurate records and use data to propose new plans and highlight concerns
Be the go-to person for questions and discussions around learning, talent and development
Take ownership for our performance development programme, LEAD
Provide advice and guidance about learning opportunities to support the delivery of personal, departmental, and business objectives.
Develop and provide a range of leadership development programmes
Support our Apprenticeship and Graduate programmes
Procure and work closely with a range with external training providers
Produce high-quality training materials/collateral
Evaluate all your learning interventions to assess impact and efficacy
Develop career pathways for all roles and job families at the company
Promote and maintain succession planning for departments and report on identified areas to the Boards
Produce L&D reports to show the uptake of training and spend by department and site
Manage and continuously update the L&D SharePoint pages and create engaging communications across a variety of platforms
Monitor the L&D budget and understand the programmes you can design in-house and when to seek external subject matter experts
What You'll Bring:
- Proven experience at designing & delivering training to variety of audiences.
- Working knowledge & understanding of current L&D & Organisational development methodologies & best practices.
- An evidence-based approach to learning and development methodologies.
- A creative & innovational mindset when it comes to engaging more resistant learners
- Proactive approach with strong initiative and judgement.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to inspire and drive engagement through effective communication.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities with a creative mindset.
- Confidence in both written and verbal communication.
- Experience managing direct reports.
