This unique opportunity is crafted to empower and develop the next generation of female leaders in our operations. What to expect on programme?
Rotational Placements: Dive into an exhilarating journey comprising of 8 dynamic placements across 2 sites, exploring the following areas.
- Operations
- Customer Relationships
- Inventory
- Quality & Compliance
- Project Management
- Finance and Budget Management
- Digitalisation
- Leadership project
These rotations are designed to supercharge your experience and fast-track your career!
- Academic Studies: Achieve a fully funded degree through an Apprenticeship in a relevant field while you work, with dedicated time set aside for study. Combine practical experience with academic excellence!

What entry requirements do you need?
Education:
- 3 x A-levels or equivalent UCAS points 260 UCAS points (104+UCAS points from Sept 2017 under the new UCAS tariff system)
- Completion of a level 3 Apprenticeship/Professional qualification in a relevant discipline.
- You must have achieved G.C.S.E.s in Mathematics and English with Grade C and above/4-9 or have a achieved Level 2 Functional skills in both English and Mathematics
- You must be 18 years old at the start of the programme (September 2025)
Skills
- Must speak English
- As part of the Supply Chain Leadership Degree Level 6 Apprenticeship, you must have lived in the UK or European Economic Area (EEA) for the last 3 consecutive years as it is a government funded apprenticeship programme
- Passion for Logistics: A keen interest in the logistics and supply chain industry.
- Leadership Potential: Demonstrated leadership abilities and a desire to grow into a leadership role.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

Our application process is simple – you'll complete an online application form, then take an online strengths assessment, followed by an online job simulation. Provided you meet the required criteria, you'll then be invited to a virtual programme overview session where you can learn the details about the role you've applied to! If it's still something you're excited about, you'll be invited to an Experience Day (aka Assessment Centre) where we can meet you in person.
