Senior S/4HANA Trainer

We are now looking for a Senior S4 Hana Trainer to join our team!
What you'll do:
The Senior S4 Hana Trainer will play a pivotal role in connecting the business needs for designated process areas with requirements of both formal and informal learning in a regulated GxP/SoX environment.
Connect with stakeholders of all levels of seniority to ensure a fully inclusive, sustainable learning solution is created to support the long-term objective of a skills based learning solution.
Essentials:
• Leading workshops to gather training requirements based on industry best practices and S/4 HANA capabilities.
• Translating business requirements into S/4HANA design.
• Advising on improvement actions by incorporating generic training with role based organisation specific content.
• Designing and implementing process improvements through the project cycle (design, build, test, training, go-live, post go-live support)
• Understand the full training development lifecycle.
• Experience in DAP solutions and best practice
• Detailed knowledge of business processes with Finance areas.
o Knowledge on at least 2 of these areas:
Procurement and Material Management (incl. Indirect and Purchase to Pay): P&MM
Record to Report (incl. Tax and Treasury): R2R
Account to Report
Enterprise Planning & Management Reporting: EP&MR
• Knowledge on training tools and integration of AI with current learning principles
• Experience (10 years+) in large scale S4 Hana implementations
• Pharma experience essential
• Strong stakeholder management skills on all levels of engagement
• Delivering S/4HANA ('train-the-trainer') training session for project members, travel required.
• Develop training content for S4 Hana and applicable plugin applications.
• Performing and supporting test work on S/4HANA
• Working with consulting partner to achieve the desired outcome.
• Adhere to strict deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
• Work closely with offshore training partner to achieve a desired outcome
• Must be adaptable, agile, innovative and customer focussed
• Able to challenge and be challenged while sustaining good relationships
• Work across a number of teams to produce high quality deliverables
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
