Overview
Due to the expansion of work in the Cambridgeshire area, Moore Networking is seeking a Development Coordinator to work across the county and neighbouring counties, supporting the Construction industry to achieve Social Value outcomes.
The Development Coordinator will work with businesses and individuals to develop Apprenticeship and Job opportunities and ensure their successful completion. They will work across all areas of the project team, including the FutureIN programme to support the operational objectives of TrAC.
In addition, they will work with the Regional Director of Urban and Civic to develop learning opportunities across all their sites in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough.
Accountabilities
· Support TrAC and FutureIN learners in their placements, ensuring that any issues are quickly identified and managed.
· Work closely with colleagues in the Operational and Business Development teams to provide an effective and responsive service at all times to businesses and individuals.
· Carry out face to face visits to business or stakeholder premises across the TrAC geography to provide support to both apprentices and businesses where required.
· Work with the Finance team to ensure that workers’ timesheets and holiday requests are completed in sufficient timescales to enable payroll to be completed on time.
· Work with the team at Urban and Civic to develop relationships with supply chain members, leading to opportunities for work and Apprenticeships.
· Liaise with the Business Development team internally to ensure that opportunities identified are further developed into employment outcomes that meet social value objectives.
· Organise and attend interviews with host companies and candidates and facilitate TrAC inductions including right-to-work checks.
· Support the delivery of all aspects of the TrAC service at all times to ensure an even distribution of work. This could include being asked to carry out tasks required by the project that are not covered elsewhere in this job description.
· Ensure that the workplace is kept clean, tidy and sanitised.
· Always portray a positive image of Moore Networking, Urban and Civic, FutureIN and TrAC.
· Ensure the accurate recording of data, information and notes is maintained in a timely manner across all MNL and TrAC systems.
