As the GRAHAM business continues to grow, we are actively seeking dynamic Trainee Site Managers to become an integral part of our Building Division in Leeds. This role would be ideal for those pursuing an Apprenticeship in a Construction Management, Engineering or Commercial field.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing daily on-site operations and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Work closely with the Site Management team to learn all aspects of site management including project planning, staff supervision, and quality control.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders including clients, subcontractors, and site personnel.
- Contribute to the management of project resources and materials.
- Help in maintaining accurate project documentation and site reports.
- Participate in meetings and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Ensure that all construction activities align with the project timeline and quality standards.
T his job description is intended to give the post holder an appreciation of the role envisaged for the Trainee Site Manager and the range of duties to be undertaken. It does not attempt to detail every activity. Specific tasks and objectives will be agreed with the post holder at regular intervals.

Ideal Candidate:
- Working towards a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant Construction field
- Strong interest in developing a career in Site Management.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic knowledge of construction practices and safety regulations.
- Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach with the ability to problem-solve effectively.
Desirable
- Experience in a construction related environment
- CSCS card
