Salary: £37,111 - £41,717 plus an annual car allowance of £5,563

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with NOCN requirements, including relevant regulatory conditions and sector body assessment strategies.
- Verify that centers effectively implement management systems, policies, and procedures for all NOCN products.
- Provide consistent support to centers, adhering to NOCN’s policies and the CASS Strategy.
- Assist centers in maintaining high standards in internal quality assurance, assessments, and examinations.
- Identify potential non-compliance issues and report incidents of malpractice.
- Support business growth by overseeing new center approvals and enabling existing centers to offer new products.
- Foster a positive perception of NOCN among centers and learners.
- Conduct apprenticeships end-point assessments and internal quality assurance as required.
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
- Level 2 in Literacy and Numeracy or equivalent.
- Educated to Level 4 or above.
- Committed to ongoing professional development.
- Construction NVQ qualification.
- Internal quality assurance and assessor qualification.
- Experience working in a regulated environment.
- A minimum of relevant experience in at least one construction trade.
- Proven skills in evaluating and enhancing business processes and systems.
- Ability to work effectively across teams.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of construction occupational work areas.
- Willingness to travel as necessary.
