Summary Of Role
You will be influential in supporting our clients and apprenticeship employers in managing their employees/learners, mobilisation of apprenticeship delivery, provide operational support to employers, learners and our customer engagement team to ensure we are building better futures, providing excellent service delivery and setting everyone up for success, with the Tech, Media & Telecom (TMT) sector.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong and effective relationships with designated leaders and/or managers in large multinational organisations, working in collaboration to drive continuous improvement to the customer experience.
- Responsible for having full accountability for the Operational KPIs for direct delivery as well as managing the systems and processes.
- Working with the internal colleagues and teams team you will coordinate, present and deliver accurate and insightful MI to report on learner progress to clients on a monthly basis, working with colleagues within operations to ensure learners are on target to achieve timely and action plans are in place to resolve issues as and when required.
- Work with colleagues within Operations and Product Design to ensure any tailored/bespoke customer requirements (as agreed and costed at point of sale) have been catered for and all resources are of a high standard to meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Periodically observe workshop and/or coaching sessions to experience Babington delivery 'through the eyes of your customer’ ensuring excellent customer experiences, providing additional insight and feedback to colleagues with the aim of driving continuous improvement and increased customer loyalty
Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 2+ years experience of working within apprenticeships sector with knowledge and understanding of the Apprenticeships Levy and Apprenticeship standards.
- Proven experience establishing trust and being able to demonstrate and understand a client's needs based upon appropriate questioning, interpretation of customer data, trends and patterns.
- Proven experience of supporting customers to develop and embed apprenticeships as part of a unified talent strategy, advising on alternative programmes and learning solutions better suited to their needs, as appropriate.
- Ability to deliver engaging and informative presentations to customers and stakeholders.
- Proven experience supporting customers to implement apprenticeships, within the TMT sector.
