Job Title: Business Development Manager (Apprenticeships)
Salary: Up to £35,000 + bonus (Depending on skills and experience)

About the Role: This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic team helping employers navigate the Apprenticeship Levy and achieve their training needs. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing expert advice and support to employers regarding the Apprenticeship Levy and upcoming funding reforms.
- Account managing existing businesses while actively generating new leads and engaging with employers to initiate new Apprenticeship starts.
- Building and nurturing relationships with both existing and prospective clients to maximize Apprenticeship uptake.
- Identifying referral agencies and networking events, and organizing meetings to discuss tailored training and recruitment solutions.
- Conducting competitor analysis to evaluate market conditions and discover new opportunities.
- Ensuring that employer environments meet Health and Safety compliance standards.
- Regularly reporting sales data and forecasts, ensuring month-end sales targets are met.
- Cross-selling additional products to provide a comprehensive service to clients.
Essential Criteria: We are looking for a candidate who possesses:
- Proven experience in developing new business for apprenticeship starts.
- Excellent face-to-face and telephone communication skills.
- A track record of achieving recruitment targets.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- A full clean driving license and access to a vehicle.
- Flexibility for travel.
