We are excited to represent a thriving Ofsted Grade 2 apprenticeship training provider in search of a knowledgeable and passionate Apprenticeship Tutor for Business Services.
Role: Apprenticeship Tutor for Business Services
Salary: £32,000 - £34,000
Delivering Apprenticeship Qualifications in: Customer Service Level 2 & 3, Business Administration Level 3, and Team Leader apprenticeships
Qualifications Required: Qualified assessor (CAVA, D32/33, A1, or equivalent)
Main Description
Due to our significant growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic Learner Skills Coach to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. This role involves supporting learners in the delivery of Customer Service, Business Administration, and Team Leader apprenticeship standards through our innovative Business 360 initiative.
The successful candidate will:
- Deliver apprenticeship standards effectively through a combination of face-to-face, remote, and workshop settings.
- Manage a caseload of approximately 40 to 45 learners.
- Support learners from initial inquiry through to their End Point Assessment.
- Travel occasionally to meet learner needs, although the majority of the work can be done remotely.
- Bring practical experience from work in management, senior administration, or senior customer service roles to create engaging delivery experiences.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years relevant experience in a suitable role.
- Apprenticeship delivery experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- A proven track record of achieving KPIs.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Teams.
- Ability to present information clearly to various audiences.
- Hold or be willing to pursue an Award in Education and Training or equivalent.
- Flexibility to engage with learners during non-standard hours.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
