Key Responsibilities
Career Starter Programme
- Support the People Development Partner to manage the current and future cohorts going through our career starter programme
- Work cross-functionally to engage senior stakeholders in the career starter programme
- Upskill and develop current line managers in best practice in relation to interviewing and supporting the career starters
- Support and guidance for buddies
- Analyse return-on-investment of career starters and drive continuous improvement of the programme
- Collaborate with Havas DEI&B lead to ensure we adopt best practise in our early career and people development processes
- Delivery of assessment centres
- Plan, design and deliver innovative and engaging development activities to advance knowledge and skills growth with subject matter relevant to role
- Ensure 100% completion of regulatory and compliance module
People Development
- Quarterly review of the effectiveness of people development processes, seeking opportunities to improve effectiveness and incorporating lessons learned into future projects
- Admin support with planning and scheduling with awareness of budget
- Content creation support
- Maintain the reporting and dashboards
- Co-facilitation and delivery of training
- Maintenance of People Development platforms
- Support in comms delivery e.g. newsletter
- Ownership of Development initiatives for early careers and supporting first line leader
- Responsible for full scope of ABPI including annual compliance scheduling, 6-month refresher sessions and onboarding
- Apprenticeship Levy and Traineeship keep an awareness of external changes within the health market e.g. what are our competitors doing well?
- Championing Agency wide development initiatives with wider People Team
