As we expand our impact, we are looking for exceptional freelance trainers and coaches to join us on this journey.
Who We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for experienced leadership trainers, mindset coaches, and behavioural change facilitators who can deliver high-impact workshops and coaching sessions. You’ll be working with professionals from various industries, empowering them to develop resilience, confidence, and leadership skills.
Key Requirements:✔ Professional coaching or training experience (minimum 3 years preferred).
✔ Strong facilitation skills, able to engage diverse audiences.
✔ Background in psychology, behavioural science, coaching, or leadership development is a plus.
✔ Accreditation with a recognised coaching body (Association for Coaching, ICF, EMCC, etc.) is desirable but not essential.
✔ Ability to deliver both in-person and virtual training sessions.
✔ Comfortable using interactive tools and digital platforms to enhance learning experiences.
✔ Passion for transforming mindsets and driving meaningful change.
