The Medical Content and Clinical Trainer oversee medical content management, including the creation, review, and validation of clinical documentation and protocols. This role will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams such as Clinical, Marketing, Sales, R&D, and Vigilance to support clinical expertise and customer inquiries. As a key member of the Global Marketing team, the Medical Content and Clinical Trainer will leverage expertise to implement and manage educational programs (both internal and external) for healthcare professionals, patients, and sales teams. This includes the development, coordination, and promotion of training initiatives aligned with the marketing strategy to drive company objectives.
The Medical Content and Clinical Trainer will provide clinical and technical training for Sinclair products to internal staff, distributors, and end customers at both national and international levels, ensuring accurate product knowledge transfer and supporting the broader marketing and sales strategies.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Create and review medical documentation (Protocols, IFU, etc.)
- Validate and implement clinical protocols and product procedures
- Support post-marketing surveillance efforts
- Collaborate with the Scientific and Clinical Department on various activities
- Draft and review documentation for clinical training
- Conduct internal and external training sessions
- Provide customer training on treatment protocols and equipment
- Address customer inquiries (doctors, distributors, large accounts, etc.)
- Report clinical/technical incidents to the appropriate departments (e.g., clinical incidents or Services)
- Support customers in promoting Sinclair products within their practice
- Assist in the development and execution of the global clinical training plan
- Contribute to the creation and execution of healthcare professional programs for different product ranges
- Help develop new clinical applications and therapeutic options
- Support and maintain a network of KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders)
- Support clinical sales, patient routes, and scientific guidelines
- Coordinate communication for training programs across regions
- Provide innovative solutions for healthcare professional certifications
- Plan and manage online training programs
- Assist with the commercial team's certification needs
- Support educational activities related to conferences and scientific events
- Contribute to advisory boards and focus groups for strategic marketing insights
- Support Sinclair College with opportunities to educate
- Track and document training activities
- Report training outcomes to the Global Head of Training
- Carry out the training process as a clinical trainer
- Collaborate with the R&D department on various projects
- Joint work for the creation of medical/scientific material with the MA department.
- Assisting in the management and creation of SOPs.
- Act as a clinical trainer where appropriate and legally approved on the Sinclair product line
Experience and Qualifications:
Essential:
- Bachelor’s degree in Science
- At least five years experience in the “medical education” field
- Knowledge of the aesthetic industry/cosmetic industry
- Good organisation and coordination skills, management of priorities
- Customer oriented, sense of service, good interpersonal skills
- English speaker
- Ability to travel freely
Desirable:
- Preferably PhD, MD, Nurse or other clinical certification
- Coaching qualification would be a plus
- Experience in Program management / training in an international environment
- Second and / or third language
