The Role
Covering a period of maternity leave this role provides comprehensive administrative support to the Human Resources (HR) Team with responsibility for administrative processes to provide a proactive service and to resolve issues and queries efficiently and effectively.
What we are looking for
You will have experience of working as part of a customer focused team in a busy and varied administrative environment. With excellent organisational skills and the ability to work to deadlines during periods of heavy workload you will also be an excellent communicator. You must have clear written communication/IT skills and the ability to draft accurate letters, contracts, emails and standard reports to staff at all levels within the College
