An apprenticeship within our injection moulding team is the perfect opportunity to work as part of a highly skilled team that will support your development and kick start your career in injection moulding.
We are looking for someone who is willing to acknowledge their strengths and weaknesses, seek feedback, and continually strive for self-improvement. As an injection moulding engineering apprentice, you will gain experience with our skilled team of engineers who will help guide and mentor you. You will have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to identifying areas for improvement and implementing measures to address them, you tackle problems head on, using all the resources available to you and prioritising quality at every stage. Working in a collaborative environment, actively engaging with internal and external stakeholders, knowing exactly what needs to be done, you will always be in the right place at the right time.
We will offer you an opportunity to undertake a Level 3 qualification as a Polymer Processing Technician, as well as day to day learning on the job. This will lead to a permanent contract within the injection moulding team upon the successful completion of your apprenticeship at work and at college.
In return we ask for a demonstrated interest in engineering, particularly plastic injection moulding, a resourceful and industrious nature, and a minimum of 3 GCSEs at grade 5 (including Science) and GCSE Maths and English Language at Grade 6 or above (or equivalent).

Other Essential Information
Hours of Work: Rotating shift pattern:
week 1 – Mon – Thurs 06:00 – 14:00 Friday 06:00 – 13:00
Week 2 – Mon – Thur 14:00 – 22:00 Friday 13:00 – 20:00
Your college training will be delivered on a block release basis for 1 or 2 weeks per unit, from September 2025. The apprenticeship is for a period of 48 months.
