Job Title: Private Site Performance Coach
Location: Hybrid (At least 3 days on-site each week)
Salary: £17.85/hour
Working Hours: Full-Time 37.5 (Ideally one weekend day per week)

The Role
We are looking for a motivated, experienced Private Site Performance Coach to join our Fundraising Department and support the growth of MSF UK's regular giving income. In this role, you will be key to driving performance of our F2F fundraising campaign. You will help ensure the smooth running of the F2F operation, offering coaching, training, and support to the team while modelling strong performance and behaviour on-site.
As a Private Site Performance Coach, you will actively contribute to the success of our campaigns by motivating the F2F team, fostering a strong sense of loyalty among our supporters, and ensuring the highest standards of safeguarding and compliance. This is a dynamic and rewarding role that requires strong leadership, exceptional communication, and a deep commitment to MSF’s mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the F2F Operations Coordinator and the Festivals and Events Coordinator to drive growth in MSF UK’s regular giving income.
- Be a central point of contact for the F2F team, monitoring performance, providing coaching, training, and ongoing support.
- Collaborate with the F2F Operations Coordinator to ensure effective site booking, compliance, performance management, and recruitment.
- Identify new engagement opportunities and growth strategies for the F2F team, while supporting team wellbeing and motivation.
- Provide regular on-site coaching and model behaviour that drives results, helping to maintain a positive and high-performing team culture.
- Ensure all activities adhere to MSF’s safeguarding protocols, helping to support team members in this area.
- Foster excellent relationships with supporters and other MSF departments to ensure a seamless experience for all involved.
Key Requirements
- Substantial experience in fundraising, team leadership, or coaching in a Face to Face (F2F) fundraising context.
- Expert knowledge of F2F fundraising techniques and best practices.
- Strong working knowledge of Private Site fundraising.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate teams, with a demonstrated commitment to meeting fundraising targets.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to represent MSF's work effectively and professionally.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
- A flexible approach to taking on additional tasks and a willingness to learn.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
- A strong commitment to the aims and values of Médecins Sans Frontières.
- Ability and flexibility to travel within London and the UK.
- Good knowledge of safeguarding risks within a F2F team and how to support team members in this area.
