Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a National Beauty Brand Trainer located in Greater London. You will be responsible for conducting training sessions, developing training materials, and ensuring brand consistency across all locations.
There is also an aspect of account management, including managing internal sales teams to achieve their sales targets.
What You'll be Doing Each Day:
· You will be responsible for the day-to-day duties, overseeing staff, and providing strong leadership to the company and stakeholders.
· Be the font of all knowledge when it comes to products, ingredients, treatments and sales.
· Acting as a role model to all employees by continuously exhibiting a high level of service and attention to detail in all tasks
· Tracking KPI's and monitoring staff performance
· Handling customer complaints and resolving issues that employees are not authorized to handle on their own
Team Management:
· Leading training classes or providing one-on-one training
· Supervising employees and providing additional training and coaching as needed to ensure everyone is performing to their absolute optimum
· Ensure that each location is reaching their targets and hitting their KPIs and closely monitoring each individual’s performance.
· Recruiting for new hires
· Responsible of the Rota and dealing with schedule changes and other staffing issues
· Resolving disputes between employees. Addressing employee problems on the job to ensure everyone is thriving in the workplace and satisfied with their job and work environment
In-House Training & Onboarding:
· Training new therapists on treatment protocols, brand, skin physiology and theory on the products
· Training new Sales Advisors on theory of the brand, skin physiology and theory on the products
Other:
· Assist marketing team with information on product and skin for their activities
· Assist with/Create blogs for the Marketing Team
· Host workshops for Buyers or End consumers
The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:
· Proven management skills within cosmetics or luxury brand
· Strong leadership and people management skills
· An inspirational & positive attitude
· 2 years Account Management experience
· 2 years in Skincare Education experience
· Must come from the Luxury Beauty/Skincare sector
The is a requirement to travel from time to time to train and manage accounts. You will not be required to travel outside of the UK.
Salary: £40 - 50,000 (DOE)
