Sales Trainer – Move from Recruitment Consultant to L&D
Location: Nottingham (with travel to London – expenses paid)
Hybrid: 4 days in office, 1 day WFH

Hands-on coaching & impact: You’ll deliver sales coaching, training, and one-on-one performance development for our high-performing recruitment teams.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Running engaging, high impact at desk coaching sessions for recruitment consultants (both 1-1 and group).
- Delivering an industry leading onboarding and continuous development programme to those with less than a year’s experience (classroom & virtual to our Nottingham, London & NYC offices).
- Partnering with leadership to identify talent gaps & training needs.
- Championing a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
