Customer Service Specialist (Sales) Apprenticeship

Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday
What you’ll be doing
As a Customer Service Specialist, this is the perfect opportunity to launch your career in customer service and sales in the Electrical Distribution sector and to broaden your skills.
Daily tasks will involve:
- Professional call handling and management
- Quote preparation
- Order chasing
- Enquiry and order processing
- Sales and administrative duties
What we are looking for
The Level 3 apprenticeship standard for the Customer Service Specialist is designed for apprentices in customer service/sales roles. You will need to demonstrate excellent customer service skills and behaviours as well as strong product and/or service knowledge
This role would ideally suit a school/college leaver with an interest in sales & customer service. If you can combine these skills with an understanding of (or willingness to learn about) the Electrical Distribution industry and a desire to deliver excellent services for clients, we’d like to hear from you.
**The candidate must be able to commute within 30 minutes
