The role
To ultimately deliver the people strategy by:
- Coaching people managers on how to engage and retain their people and provide best practice, commercially minded advice on people issues.
- A proactive approach to talent acquisition, reward and recognition practices.
- Provide guidance on recruitment and retention practices.
- Evaluating performance and maintaining colleague relations.
- Creating, implementing and administering policies.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £30,000 - £35,000 per year but we’re open to talk salary
What we’re looking for
CIPD Level 5 or equivalent with minimum 2 years HR generalist experience to set you in good stead
Ability to interpret employment law and put into policy and practice, aligned with company values
Proficient decision-making and problem-solving skills with excellent communication and interpersonal skills because good stakeholder management will be key
Competent in Microsoft applications so you can confidently produce excel reports, letters, policy documentation, emails and much more
Data literate because we love accurate data that gives us insights into the business
