Opportunity Overview
We’re expanding our network of freelance trainers with deep expertise in the Oil & Gas sector. If you're a confident facilitator with a strong industry background and a passion for delivering impactful learning, we’d love to collaborate with you on upcoming programmes.
This is a freelance opportunity, with training assignments offered on a project-by-project basis, both in the UK and internationally.
Typical Assignments May Include
- Designing or adapting course content to suit corporate clients in the Oil & Gas sector
- Delivering high-quality, interactive training to mid- and senior-level professionals
- Facilitating case studies, discussions, and exercises to encourage applied learning
- Providing clear, practical guidance and feedback to delegates
- Collaborating with the LCT team to ensure consistency, cultural awareness, and alignment with client expectations
- Keeping material up to date with current industry practices and trends
Ideal Collaborator Profile
- Proven background in delivering training within the Oil & Gas sector (upstream, downstream, project management, HSE, energy strategy, etc.)
- Confident, engaging facilitation style with an inclusive and professional tone
- Experience working with international delegates, ideally in the Middle East and Africa
- Culturally aware, adaptable, and comfortable working across virtual and in-person environments
- Ability to translate complex industry knowledge into accessible, practical learning
