Job Type: Full time, 12:30pm-4:30pm

Salary: £15- £18 per hour *Depending on experience
Overview
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Sports Coach to join a fantastic Primary School in Croydon. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and teaching sports lessons, promoting inclusivity and diversity in sports, and creating a supportive and exciting environment for children across Primary School level.

- Plan and deliver engaging and inclusive sports lessons for participants of all Primary ages and abilities
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment that promotes diversity and equality in sports
- Provide individualised support and feedback to participants to help them improve their skills and confidence
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff to create a supportive and cohesive team environment
- Promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and fair play among all participants
Qualifications
- Previous experience in planning and teaching sports lessons as a sports coach
- Strong knowledge of the Education industry
- Strong understanding of the principles of diversity, equality, and inclusion in sports
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt coaching methods to meet the diverse needs of participants
- Relevant coaching certifications and qualifications a plus
