Are you passionate about supporting students with special educational needs? A leading college in Isleworth is looking for a dedicated Functional Skills Lecturer to join their Foundation Learning team on a temporary basis.
About the Role:
- Teach English & Maths Functional Skills to students on Foundation Level vocational courses.
- Develop engaging learning materials tailored to a range of support needs.
- Carry out assessments, track student progress, and contribute to curriculum development.
What We're Looking For:
✔️ Recognised teaching qualification (or willingness to obtain one).
✔️ Experience teaching English/Functional Skills up to Level 2, ideally in further education.
✔️ Ability to support students with diverse learning needs and remove barriers to learning.
✔️ Strong IT, communication, and teamwork skills.
✔️ Knowledge of Safeguarding, Prevent, and inclusive teaching practices.
