About the Role
The Onboarding Executive plays a critical role in supporting the smooth and efficient onboarding of apprentices for our training programs. You will be responsible for coordinating all administrative tasks associated with the apprentice onboarding process, ensuring compliance with regulatory and funding requirements, and delivering an excellent experience for apprentices and employers.
Key Responsibilities
Apprentice Onboarding Coordination
- Act as the first point of contact for new apprentices and their employers during the onboarding process.
- Collect and verify all required documentation, including identification, prior qualifications, and employment details.
- Manage and track the completion of apprentice enrolment forms and ensure accurate data entry into relevant systems.
- Ensure all onboarding activities align with apprenticeship funding rules and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct eligibility checks, including verifying residency status and prior learning.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the organisation’s learning management systems (Bud).
This role is home-based, however occasional travel to our nationwide centres will be expecte d. We have one vacancy for this role. The role can be based anywhere in England, however locality to one of our main Centres based in Warrington, Walsall or Watford would be advantageous.
We’re seeking candidates who possess the following qualities:
Essential
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively to meet deadlines.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Understanding of apprenticeship programs or a willingness to learn.
Desirable
- Experience in a similar role within a training or education environment.
- Knowledge of apprenticeship funding rules and compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with safeguarding and data protection policies.
