Role Overview: As an SAP S/4HANA Finance Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality training sessions tailored to business needs. Your expertise will help finance teams maximize the potential of SAP S/4HANA and ensure seamless adoption across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deliver training programs on SAP S/4HANA Finance modules.
- Conduct workshops and one-on-one coaching sessions for finance professionals.
- Create engaging training materials, including documentation, presentations, and e-learning content.
- Assess training effectiveness and provide post-training support as needed.
- Stay up to date with the latest SAP S/4HANA Finance updates and best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an SAP S/4HANA Finance Trainer.
- Strong knowledge of SAP Finance modules (FI, CO, and related sub-modules).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to tailor training content to different learning styles.
- Prior experience in corporate training environments is desirable.
- UK-based and available for on-site training sessions as required.
