Lecturer in Business & Management Permanent Full time, 35 hours per week Riverside Campus Salary: £40,170 - £48,357 per annum (Candidates holding TQFE will commence on £46,310 per annum)
We are looking for a Lecturer to deliver training to up-skill and re-skill the workforce of domestic and international employers and other commercial clients.
You will deliver management and business skills training to external customers at a variety of levels. As a professional member of the teaching staff of the College, you will be responsible for the preparation of materials and lesson plans and delivering training sessions to business clients in industry. As part of this role, the successful candidate will be expected to undertake international travel as required for training delivery.
The ideal candidate will possess a degree or equivalent level qualification, teaching experience and recent demonstrable industry experience. A TQFE qualification (or equivalent) is desirable as is experience of developing and delivering short bespoke training programmes to industry. Experience of delivery of accredited qualifications (e.g. from SQA or other awarding bodies) would be advantageous. The successful candidate will possess effective interpersonal skills and have the ability to communicate learning to individuals with a variety of learning styles.
