Exciting Opportunity for Experienced Lived Experience Trainer
The Role
Are you Autistic or do you have a Learning Disability? Do you have firsthand experience using health and social care services and a passion for educating others? If so, we want you to share your valuable insights and contribute to transformative training sessions!
If selected, Unique Training Solutions (UTS) will provide comprehensive training to certify you as an Oliver McGowan Lived Experience Trainer and will support you throughout your journey.
Your Responsibilities:
- Share your lived experiences of a learning disability or autism while using health and social care services.
- Engage confidently with groups, whether virtually via Teams or in person, to deliver impactful training.
- Work collaboratively with a team of professionals committed to making a difference.
- Deliver workshops across Health and Social Care teams.
- Demonstrate commitment to your assigned tasks.
- Ensure you have access to IT or are willing to commute for training sessions as needed.

Compensation and Hours:
We prioritize flexibility in work schedules, so please indicate your availability in your application. The pay starts at £30 per hour + expenses.
